Evolve Case Management Core Values

Amy Crosby CEO & Nurse Case Manager

Evolve Case Management

Amy is a registered adult nurse whose careers began in acute medicine where she gained a wealth of knowledge of both acute and chronic illness.

In 2015 Amy’s father sustained a severe traumatic brain injury which was where her awareness and experience in brain injury began.

Her personal experience of catastrophic injury from a relative’s perspective provided Amy with a unique insight and understanding of the difficulties often faced.

Amy chair’s a local  brain injury charity and this involvement has allowed her to gain an invaluable insight into the varied and complex difficulties brain injury survivors can be left with and the barriers they face in the community.

In 2019, Amy began working as a nurse case manager within the field of catastrophic injury, with a varied case of complex brain and spinal cord injury clients based across the North of England.

Although specialising in brain injury utilising her medical knowledge and holistic approach she is skilled in effectively case managing the needs of lower level spinal cord injuries.
Amy is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery council, British Association of Brain Injury Case managers and the Case Managers Society UK.
